Bread
The baker "Le Pain Perdu" delivers us fresh bread every day, with a beautiful golden crust and airy crumb.
The proximity of the bakery, 350m away, is a real advantage, allowing us to fully satisfy our first customers at breakfast.
Jams
The jams you find on the breakfast buffet are created and cooked by the company "Beaucoup," located in the heart of Toulouse. They are made with love for the fruit.
Tea
Close your eyes, imagine Toulouse tea... open your eyes... you're not dreaming: on our buffet, you will find "Tea'magine."
Anne-Louise, a tea and infusion sommelier, offers us products that are exclusively organic and made in Toulouse.
Yogurts
The "Occitan cow" is a family business located in Puylaurens, in the Tarn (81).
With milk from their cattle, the Malinge family produces entire ranges of strained, firm, or drinkable yogurts.
Cheese
Marie, Stéphane, and Yannick Cazenave produce farmhouse cheeses with raw sheep's milk that you will find at the breakfast buffet.
The sheepfold and dairy are located on the "Les Bessous" estate in Cassagne.
Fruit Juices
Welcome to Saint-Juliette, a small rural town in Tarn-et-Garonne, where the "EARL de Metou," labeled "High Environmental Value," is located.
The family farm of Claude Gibert and his son Jean-Baptiste produces pure fruit juices found on the breakfast buffet.
Honey
Located in the Pyrenees, the Morlière family has set up their 1000 beehives amid majestic landscapes where wildflowers abound. The honey is thus unique to each production.
